Choc Mint Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 serve vegan chocolate protein (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp peppermint essence, depending on how minty you like it (if you're not a fan of mint, simply leave this out for a chocolately flavour instead)

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • 15ml olive leaf extract (optional, for an added health kick!)

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the coconut yoghurt to a bowl and combine.

  2. Place in the fridge to set overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir through the coconut yoghurt and serve!
